          Dulse is an excellent source of natural vitamins and minerals.Common uses for Dulse  Dulse as a snack - eat it right out of the bag or with an apple.  Dulse in soup or salads - tear or cut into bite size pieces, add 50ml (1/4 cup) per serving for great taste and nutrition.
