The First Thing to do in the harvesting of Kelp is to find Kelp which grows in the beautiful seas surrounding Newfoundland And Labrador.
When The kelp is found along the rocky shores or beneath the
water it is harvested by hand and knife and collected into a boat.
When The kelp is collected onto land it is then place on nets
which allow the kelp to be dryed out and ready for the next steps.
After The Kelp Is Dryed workers then place the kelp into packages
and bags and ready for shipment to the consumer.
